We recommend ordering at least 1–2 days in advance, especially for personalized or themed bundles. Need something same-day? We offer pick up with two-hours notice during business hours.

Yes! All our balloon bouquets come fully inflated with helium, treated with Hi-Float (for latex), and tied to a weight and bagged for safety. Ready for pickup and party time.

Latex balloons typically float for 2–3 days indoors, thanks to Hi-Float. Foil balloons often last 5–7 days or longer. Outdoor conditions may reduce float time.

Absolutely! You can choose your own balloon colors, add tassels or vinyl personalization, and even request themed centerpieces. Just follow the prompts at checkout or reach out for help.

We have two options available for you. When you order our Everyday Bouquets, you have the option to pick up to 3 colors for your arrangement. When you order a Celebration Foil and add a bouquet to it, we will pick the colors that best match that foil.

Once your balloons leave our shop, they’re in your care—but if something deflates right away, let us know. We’ll do our best to troubleshoot or make it right.

Because our balloons are custom and time-sensitive, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us right away so we can help.

Absolutely! We do the hard work for you and only suggest a tassel size that will work with your select balloons. When ordering, make sure to add the right quantity of tassels or numbers to match your bouquet at checkout. Need help? We’re happy to guide you!
