Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before fulfillment are non-refundable, as your order will already be in production.

Refunds & Returns

All balloon sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged at the time of pickup or delivery, please notify us immediately—including a photo—and we will make it right.

Balloon Care & Responsibility

We use only high-quality balloons and professional techniques, but balloons can pop due to heat, rough handling, sharp objects, or environmental factors. We treat every latex balloon with HiFloat to ensure it stays fresh for 2-3 days. 

Once balloons leave our shop—either via customer pickup or local delivery—they become the customer's responsibility.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for balloons that are damaged after pickup or delivery.
